Shipments

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment , via Colissimo or Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered without or against signature. Delivery costs are €4.90 for Colissimo shipments. They are free from 99€ purchases. For Chronopost Express shipments, the costs are €9.90. VAT is included. It is the buyer's responsibility to study the legislation of his country and he is solely responsible in the event of problems with the delivery of the package. We decline all responsibility in the event of loss of packages or delays by postal services.

Returns

It is possible for the buyer to return the products still sealed to us within 14 days following actual receipt of your order. To do this, you must request it by contacting our customer service here.
